1. Consulting Engagement Scope

Muhammad Usman Ali provides professional SEO advisory, forensic website audits, and technical specifications. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are established via written agreement prior to project commencement.

2. Scope Inclusions vs. Exclusions

• Included: Technical crawl diagnostics, canonical audits, sitemap rules, Schema.org code snippets, Core Web Vitals profiling, on-page optimization briefs, and direct consulting walkthroughs.
• Excluded: Direct server administration, backend database engineering, web application development, paid ad management (PPC), and third-party software license procurement, unless explicitly stated in a dedicated master services agreement.

3. Search Algorithm Variance & No Guarantee Policy

Search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, AI search engines) operate autonomously and update continuously without third-party control. Consequently, rankings, traffic increases, and revenue outcomes are never guaranteed. Recommendations are formulated based on verified evidence, engineering standards, and documented search engine guidelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely technical access (e.g. read-only Google Search Console, analytics, or staging environments) and prompt review of audit deliverables. Delays in access or engineering implementation may adjust expected milestones.

5. Confidentiality & Case Study Permission

All client proprietary business data, traffic volumes, and commercial metrics are held in strict confidence. No client search data or screenshots are published publicly without prior written authorization. Anonymized architectural case studies (e.g., "Automotive Dealership, UK") preserve privacy while illustrating technical methodology.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Muhammad Usman Ali be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic updates, competitor actions, or client-side engineering modifications. Total liability for any engagement is strictly limited to fees paid under the applicable scope.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For international engagements, contracts may designate mutually agreed jurisdictional venues as specified in the individual statement of work.
