1. Agreement to Terms

Services are provided on a project basis with defined scope, timeline, and deliverables.

3. Free Templates License

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, use, and modify our free n8n templates for commercial or personal projects.

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute templates as standalone products
• Claim authorship of unmodified templates
• Remove attribution or copyright notices
• Use templates for illegal purposes

3.3 No Warranty

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from template use.

4. Paid Services

4.1 Engagement Process

• Initial consultation (free strategy call)
• Project proposal with scope and pricing
• Deposit required to begin work (typically 50%)
• Development and implementation
• Final payment upon delivery
• Optional ongoing support packages

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer
• Late payments (15+ days overdue) may incur 5% monthly interest
• Refunds handled on case-by-case basis

5. Refund Policy

Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we cancel a project before starting, full deposit is refunded within 14 days.

Partial Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, notify us within 7 days of delivery with specific feedback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns.

No Refund After Acceptance: Once you approve final deliverables, no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you own custom automation workflows built for you, generated content from your systems, and data within your systems.

6.2 Our Ownership

We retain ownership of reusable code libraries and frameworks, template structures and methodologies, and free templates provided on the Website.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards.

No Guarantee of Results: We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, lead volume) as results depend on factors outside our control.

Third-Party Dependencies: Our systems rely on third-party APIs and services (OpenAI, n8n, Vapi.ai, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, or discontinuations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits or business opportunities
• We are not liable for data loss (you are responsible for backups)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. For legal proceedings, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
