Refund Policy

The Short Version

I build real systems. Real work begins immediately after payment. Because of this, refunds are limited to specific situations described below. I am not a subscription box. Once I start building, I have spent real time on your project.

That said, I only take the second payment after you have seen the delivered work and approved it. This protects you from paying for something you are not happy with.

Channel Blueprint ($400)

  • If you are not satisfied with the 5 niche research packages:

    I will do a second round of research at no extra charge.

  • If you are still not satisfied after the second round:

    I will refund 50% of your payment ($200). The other 50% covers the time already spent on two rounds of research.

  • No refund is issued after:

    You have started building a channel based on the research I delivered. At that point, the deliverable has been used.

Full Channel Machine ($1,200)

  • The first 50% ($600) is non-refundable

    once I start building your system. This covers the research phase, channel identity work, and pipeline setup.

  • The second 50% ($600) is only charged

    after you have reviewed and approved the 10 sample videos at handover. If the system is not working correctly, I fix it before asking for the second payment.

  • No refund after second payment

    because at that point the system has been handed over and you have verified it is working.

Monthly Growth Fuel ($250/month)

Cancel any time with 7 days notice before your next billing date.

The current month's fee is non-refundable once the month has started and research has been delivered.

No charge after cancellation is confirmed in writing.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Revenue or subscriber expectations not being met
  • Delays caused by slow communication or late account access
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Platform policy changes that affect the channel after handover
  • Your decision to stop using the system after handover

How to Request a Refund

Email me at dotusman@yahoo.com with your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. I will respond within 5 business days.
