What the form asks for

The form is short on purpose. Only three things are required: your name, an email address I can reply to, and a few lines about the problem. Everything else is optional.

You do not need SEO terms or a budget figure. "Calls from Google stopped in March" is a better message than a paragraph of jargon.

Where your message goes

When you press send, the message is saved to a private lead list and a copy is emailed to me, with your address set as the reply address. Nobody else reads it. There is no sales team, no call centre, and no one passing messages along.

Your IP address is not stored as written. The site keeps a scrambled version of it, only to stop the same connection sending many messages in a few minutes. If that limit is hit, the form asks you to wait or to use WhatsApp instead. The rules for how this site handles your data give the full detail.

If the form shows an error, use the WhatsApp or email buttons it offers. They reach the same person.

What to send for a fast first reply

A message with the right detail gets a real answer in the first reply, not a list of questions back. Four things help most.

• Your website address, even if the site is being rebuilt
• When the problem started, as close to a date as you can
• A screenshot of the Search Console Performance report set to the last 16 months
• What you have already tried, such as a new agency, a redesign, or a change of platform

Timing matters more than anything else on that list. A fall that lines up with a site move points somewhere very different from a fall that lines up with a Google update. If visits dropped and you want to look first, my guide to a sudden fall in search visits shows the same checks I run.

You do not need to give me access to anything at this stage. A screenshot is enough for a first read. If we work together later, I ask for read access to Search Console, which you can remove at any time.

Each channel lands with me. Pick the one that suits you.

The phone and WhatsApp number are shown beside the form. WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to reach me. I work from Pakpattan, and clients in other time zones can write whenever suits them.

What happens after you write

I read the message, look at your site, and reply within 24 hours. The reply says what I think is going on and what the sensible next step is. That step is one of a few things.

   Some questions can be settled in the reply itself, such as whether a fall is normal or whether a change was safe.

   A paid call to look at your data together

   For a second opinion or a few hard questions, we book a strategy call.

   What this finds. A clear view of the cause and what to do first.

3. Step 03

   A written audit

   When the cause is unclear or the site is large, I suggest the audit before any monthly work.

   What this finds. Every fix in order, ready for your developer.

4. Step 04

   An honest no

   If the problem is not search, or I am the wrong person, I say so and suggest where to look.

   What this finds. Time and money you do not spend on the wrong fix.
