Questions About the Monthly Plans
What is the contract term and notice period?▼
The contract term, notice period, and payment schedule are set in the written proposal before work starts. Ask about anything unclear on the first call.
How are technical recommendations implemented?▼
Fixes are written as clear developer tickets with the affected URLs and the change to make, or I make them myself in your CMS or code where you give access.
Can I start with a one-off audit before committing to a retainer?▼
Yes. You can start with the one time technical SEO audit (PKR 120,000) to find what is blocking the site before you choose a monthly plan.
Need a scope that is not listed?
For very large catalogues or sites in several languages, book a call and I will scope the work in writing.
Key takeaway
My SEO packages in Pakistan cost PKR 85,000, 150,000 or 280,000 a month. The first suits one location that wants local enquiries. The second suits stores and firms selling across cities. The third suits large catalogues with their own engineers. Not sure yet? Start with a call or an audit.

How to read these packages
The cards above list each plan's inclusions. This section explains what those lines mean in practice, who each plan is for, and what none of them include. Read it before you choose, because the right plan depends on your business model more than your budget.
Most SEO packages in Pakistan are priced by quantity: a set number of keywords, a set number of backlinks, a set number of pages touched each month. Mine are priced by the kind of work your site needs. A clinic and an online store with the same budget need different things. A count of keywords tells you nothing about whether either one will get more calls or orders.
Each plan below names its starting point, its monthly rhythm, and the kind of business it was written for. If two plans both seem to fit, pick the smaller one and move up when the data says so.
Local and growth starter: PKR 85,000 a month
This plan is for a business with one location that wants more local enquiries. Typical clients are clinics, law firms, specialist shops and service businesses that work across one city. For them, most new customers come from the map results and from a handful of service pages. That is where this plan spends its time.
This is for you if
- You have one branch, office or clinic, and customers who find you on Google Maps or by searching your service and city.
- Your Business Profile is live but thin, or your details differ from one directory to the next.
- Your site has a small set of service pages that need to match what people search.
Skip this if
- You run an online store with hundreds of products. The work you need is in the growth plan.
- You have no Business Profile and no address you can show customers. Start with the one time setup instead.
What the month covers, line by line:
- Google Business Profile. Categories, services, description, photos and hours set up to Google's rules, then kept current. This is the same work described in what a profile clean up involves.
- Directory listings. Your name, address and phone made to match across 25 Pakistani business directories, so Google sees one consistent business. These listings are called citations. You can read how the directory clean up works before you start.
- Service pages. On-page work on up to 10 primary landing pages: titles, headings, copy, internal links and local detail.
- Monthly crawl. A crawl of the site each month to catch broken links and pages that fall out of the index, with the fixes made or written up.
- Review and support. A monthly look at your Google Search Console data with you, and support on WhatsApp between reviews.
The first technical work lands within 10 business days of access. The whole plan rests on the local search work this plan is built on, so read that page if you want the method rather than the list.
Commercial growth retainer: PKR 150,000 a month
This plan is for businesses that sell beyond one neighbourhood. Typical clients are online stores, B2B manufacturers, and service providers with customers in several cities or abroad. Here the problems are rarely the map. They are crawling, duplicate pages, weak category pages and content that does not answer what buyers ask.
This is for you if
- You run an online store and filters or variants create many near copies of the same page.
- You sell to businesses across Pakistan or abroad, and your service pages compete with each other.
- You have a developer or a team who can ship changes, or you want me to make them where I have access.
Skip this if
- You serve one city from one location. The starter plan covers that for less.
- You need daily work alongside a large in-house engineering team. That is the scale plan.
What the month covers:
- Technical upkeep. Ongoing fixes to crawling, indexing and site speed, including Core Web Vitals, so problems are caught before they spread across templates.
- Content planning. Topic groups planned around what buyers search before they buy, and the pages in each group briefed or written. My page on how the topic pages get planned and written shows the method.
- Internal links and filters. A rebuild of how pages link to each other, and clean up of filter and sorting pages that waste Google's attention.
- Structured data. Schema.org markup for Product, Service, Organization and FAQ, so search engines read the page the way buyers do.
- A review call every two weeks. A look at rankings and Search Console data, what shipped, and what comes next.
You get a written plan in the first week, then work runs continuously against it. If most of your revenue comes from a catalogue, the store specific side is explained under filters, categories and product pages. The technical side is covered in the technical upkeep behind the growth plan.
Market leader and scale: PKR 280,000 a month
This plan is for large sites where small template changes affect thousands of pages. Typical clients run high SKU stores, publish at volume, or sell as regional brands with their own engineering and marketing teams. The work is weekly and sits inside their own release cycle.
What it adds to the growth plan:
- Ongoing monitoring. Regular crawls and checks so a bad release is found quickly, not weeks later in a traffic report.
- AI search visibility. Work on how assistants and AI answers read and cite your pages, following Google's guidance. The method is in the AI answer work in the top plan.
- Templates at scale. Planning for programmatic pages and category structures, so new pages are useful rather than thin copies.
- Work with your team. Direct collaboration with your engineers and marketers, including review of changes before release.
- A weekly sync. One fixed slot a week to review progress and blockers.
This plan only makes sense if you have people who can ship changes every week. Without them, the growth plan is the better use of money.
What no package includes
Knowing what you are not paying for matters as much as the list of inclusions. None of these plans include the following.
- Bought links, link bundles, private networks or paid guest posts. They break Google's rules and can hold a site back.
- Promises of a position on Google by a date. Google says nobody can promise a top ranking.
- Fake or incentivised reviews on your Business Profile.
- Paid advertising management. Google states that ads have no effect on organic results.
- A full website build or redesign. I review the plan and the launch, but the build is a separate job.
If a seller includes the first three items in a package, read my guide on how to judge any SEO seller in Pakistan before you sign anything.
How a month runs
Every package follows the same rhythm, scaled to the plan. Before anything else you add me to Search Console, analytics and, for local plans, your Business Profile as a manager. You keep ownership of all of them.
Step 01
Baseline and plan
I record where the site stands in Search Console and set the order of work for the first weeks.
What this finds. The starting numbers that every later report is measured against.
Step 02
The work itself
Fixes ship, pages are written or reworked, listings are corrected. Where your developer makes a change, I write it up so they can follow it without a meeting.
What this finds. A log of every change with the reason for it.
Step 03
Review against the baseline
At the review, monthly, every two weeks or weekly depending on the plan, we look at the same reports as the baseline.
What this finds. What moved, what did not, and what changes in next month's plan.
The contract term, notice period and payment schedule are set out in writing before work starts. If anything in them is unclear, ask on the first call.
One time work instead of a package
Not every business needs monthly work. Three one time options cover the most common cases, and they often come first.
| Option | Price | Turnaround | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strategy call | PKR 15,000 per hour | Scheduled within 48 hours | You want a second opinion on your data, your agency or a decision |
| Business Profile setup | PKR 45,000 one time | 3 to 5 business days | You need a new profile set up correctly, then plan to manage it yourself |
| Technical audit | PKR 120,000 one time | 7 to 10 business days | You want the full diagnosis in writing before you pick a plan, or a list your developer can work through |
The call suits teams that can do the work and need direction. If that describes you, paying for advice instead of hands explains how that works on a longer basis. The setup suits a business opening its first location, and the profile setup job lists every step. The audit suits anyone who is unsure which plan they need, and what the one time audit covers shows the report format.
What the prices are based on, and what they are not
Prices for SEO packages in Pakistan vary widely between sellers. Some of that is quality and some is what is counted. A cheap plan usually has low hours and a long list of automated tasks. An expensive plan may simply be an agency's overhead.
My prices reflect the hours of senior work each plan needs, done by me. They are published so you can compare before you talk to anyone. If you want a rough figure for your own site first, the budget tool on this site suggests one of the three plans from your business type and size. For a first look at what is wrong, try the free automated site check on your home page.
The proof shown above the plans comes from clients outside Pakistan, and I have no published Pakistani case yet. An international store grew clicks by , and a B2B firm by . Each compares the last 3 months with the 3 months before. Neither is a forecast for your site.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SEO cost in Pakistan?
It depends on the seller and the scope. My monthly plans cost PKR 85,000, 150,000 or 280,000. One time work starts at PKR 15,000 for an hour's call. Compare what each price buys in changes to your site, not in reports.
Which package suits a clinic or law firm?
Usually the local and growth starter. It covers the Business Profile, directory listings and service pages, which is where most of their new enquiries start.
Why are there no keyword counts in the plans?
A keyword count measures activity, not results. Each plan is built around the work your type of site needs, and progress is measured in your own Search Console data.
Do the packages include link building?
Not bought links. Links come from real reasons to cite you: directory listings that match your profile, useful pages, and partners who know your business.
What happens in the first month?
You give access, I set the baseline, and the first fixes start. On the starter plan the first technical work lands within 10 business days. On the growth plan you get a written plan in the first week.
Does the starter plan cover more than one location?
It is written for one location. If you have several branches, tell me how many and where, and I will say which plan fits.
Why do SEO prices differ so much between sellers?
Sellers count different things. Some price by keywords or links, some by hours, some by team size. Ask each one what changes on your site each month and who makes them.
What if no package fits my business?
Start with a strategy call or the audit. Both end with a clear view of what your site needs, and you can then pick a plan, hand the work to your team, or stop there.
Can I see my site's problems before I pay anything?
Yes, at a basic level. The free scan mentioned above gives a first look at your home page. It is a quick automated check, not the full audit.
