SEO cost calculator: which monthly plan fits your site, in rupees

Answer nine short questions and see which of my three monthly plans fits, in rupees, with the reasons. No signup. Your answers stay in your browser unless you send them to me.

Commercial Growth RetainerPKR 150,000See why
What kind of business is it?

Pick the closest one. It decides which work matters most.

Where are your customers?

Where the people who buy from you search from, not where you are based.

How does the site do on Google today?

A rough answer is fine. Search Console shows it if you have access.

How many pages need to rank?

Count the pages you want found: services, products, categories, locations. Not every page on the site.

How crowded is your market?

Search your main service. If big brands or agencies fill the first page, pick high.

What do you want most from search?

Choose one main goal. You can mention the rest when we talk.

Which work do you already know you need?

Pick any that apply, or none if you are not sure.

How would you like to start?

An audit shows the problems before you commit to a monthly plan.

Has anyone done SEO on this site before?

This changes where the work starts, not the price.

Key takeaway

This SEO cost calculator does not build a custom price. It matches nine short answers about your business to one of my three published monthly plans in rupees: PKR 85,000, PKR 150,000, or PKR 280,000. It says when an audit should come first. Treat the result as a starting point for a conversation, not a quote.

What you enter

The calculator above asks nine questions. Each one takes a rough answer, and none needs to be exact. A line under each question explains what it means.

How the SEO cost calculator picks a plan

There is no hidden formula. The calculator checks these rules in order and stops at the first one that fits.

  1. Step 01

    Market leader and scale

More than 500 pages, or a store, software product or publisher with more than 100 pages, or a crowded market abroad, or developer work on a large site.

What this finds. Large catalogues and sites where template work and weekly checks matter more than single pages.

  2. Step 02

    Local starter

A shop, clinic or service business in one city, with 30 pages or fewer, in a market that is not crowded, and no store structure work.

What this finds. Single location businesses where the Google Business Profile and a few service pages carry the work.

  3. Step 03

    Commercial growth

    Everything else.

What this finds. Stores, B2B firms and service businesses selling across cities or abroad.

The three prices are the same ones on my published price list. The calculator does not add, subtract or blend them, and it never shows a figure between them. Under the result it lists the answers that decided the plan, so you can see why.

It also suggests the technical audit first, at PKR 120,000 one time, when your main goal is to recover lost traffic, when past SEO work did not pay off, when you asked to see the problems first, or when the site already ranks well and you are not sure what to buy. For a new local business whose main goal is calls from Maps, it points to the Business Profile setup as a smaller first step.

Why the result can jump

Because the rules are simple, one answer can move you a whole plan. A clinic in one city with 30 pages sees the starter plan. Pick high competition, or add store structure work, and it shows the growth plan instead.

That jump is not a judgment that your site got harder overnight. It reflects where each plan was written to stop. The starter plan covers on-page work for a small number of main pages, plus the Business Profile and directory listings. A larger or more crowded site needs content and internal link work every month, which sits in the growth plan.

If you land on the edge between two plans, start with the smaller one. Moving up later, when the data shows the need, is easier than paying for work your site does not need yet.

What the estimate leaves out

Nine answers still cannot describe a website. The calculator knows nothing about the things that change the real scope of work.

  • The state of your site today: broken templates, slow hosting, or duplicate pages
  • How strong your competitors are for the searches you care about
  • Whether your Google Business Profile is verified and correct, and how Google treats your category
  • How much content you need written, and in which languages
  • Ads, a redesign or tool subscriptions, which no plan includes

For that reason, the plan it shows is where I would expect to start, before seeing your site. After an audit or a first call, the right plan is sometimes smaller and sometimes larger.

What happens to what you enter

The calculator runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to this site's server. They are kept in your own browser's storage, so you see your last result if you come back, and you can clear them by clearing site data.

The WhatsApp button under the result opens a message to me with the plan and your answers written out. Nothing reaches me until you press send in WhatsApp yourself, and you can edit the message first. Adding a line about your site and your city helps me check the estimate before we speak.

How these prices compare with the market in Pakistan

SEO prices in Pakistan vary a lot between sellers. Many plans are sold by quantity, such as a set number of keywords or backlinks each month. My plans are priced by the kind of work a site needs and the hours of senior work that takes, all done by me.

A low monthly fee is not always cheaper over a year. Plans built on bought links or bulk directory submissions can leave a site with problems that cost more to clean up. If you are comparing sellers, questions to ask any SEO seller in Pakistan helps you read a quote line by line.

What each plan covers is set out on the full list of plan inclusions, along with what no plan includes. Map Pack work for one location is covered in local search for one city. Store catalogue work is covered in SEO for online stores.

Cheaper ways to start

A monthly plan is not the only way in. These one time options come from the same price list.

OptionPriceBest when
Strategy callPKR 15,000 per hourYou want a second opinion before committing to a monthly budget
Business Profile setupPKR 45,000 one time, 3 to 5 business daysYou need a new profile set up correctly and will manage it yourself
Technical SEO auditPKR 120,000 one time, 7 to 10 business daysYou want the problems found and ranked before you pick a plan

A call is the quickest way to check the calculator's answer: an hour on your budget and options. For a new listing, see setting up a Business Profile the right way. If you want the diagnosis first, the written audit before any retainer tells you which plan your site actually needs. For a free first look at one page, the automated page scan checks titles, headings, schema, and speed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SEO cost in Pakistan?

It depends on the seller and the work. My monthly plans cost PKR 85,000, PKR 150,000, or PKR 280,000. One time options start with a strategy call at PKR 15,000 per hour.

Is the calculator's result a quote?

No. It shows which published plan usually fits a site like yours. The real scope is agreed in writing after a call or an audit.

Why did my estimate change when I changed one answer?

The calculator uses fixed limits. The starter plan applies only to one city sites with 30 pages or fewer in a market that is not crowded, and more than 500 pages always shows the largest plan.

Does the estimate include an SEO audit?

Not inside the monthly price. The audit is one time work at PKR 120,000, and the calculator suggests it first when your answers point to a problem that needs finding. Half the fee comes off your first monthly invoice if you start within 30 days.

Can I pay less than the starter plan?

Not for monthly work. The starter plan is the smallest. A strategy call or a Business Profile setup costs less if you want help with one specific thing.

Is anything I enter saved?

Only in your own browser, so your last result is there when you return. Your answers reach me only if you send them on WhatsApp.
